The NVIDIA/Mellanox Infiniband MMS1C10-CM Compatible transceiver is a 4-channel, pluggable, QSFP28 optical transceiver designed for use in 100GbE links with up to 500m reach on single mode fibres. The optical interface is composed of four optical channels/fibres in each direction, intended for a parallel MMF cable via a standard MPO connector. Each channel/fibre operates at signalling rates up to 25.78125GBd. It is qualified for use in InfiniBand EDR end-to-end systems. It is compliant with SFF-8636, PSM4 MSA. Digital diagnostic functions are available through the QSFP28 MSA-specified I2C interface.
It is the ideal solution for supercomputing, seamlessly integrating into computing and storage infrastructure to ensure efficient high-performance interconnectivity. Used in SB7800 switches and ConnectX-5 adapters.
