FMU-WDM43C, PON Coexistence Element (CEx) WDM for GPON/XG(S)-PON/NG-PON2/CATV, SC/APC, FMU Plug-in Module
The PON Coexistence Element (CEx) module enables multiple services—including GPON, XG(S)-PON, NG-PON2, CATV, and other current or future technologies—to operate simultaneously over a single fibre using wavelength multiplexing. It provides a smooth and cost-effective upgrade path to next-generation PON services without the need to replace existing infrastructure.
Engineered with thin-film filter (TFF) technology, FS CEx features a plug-and-play design compatible with FS FMU chassis, holding up to 2 modules per 1U rack. Operating across a broad 1260–1603nm operating range, it delivers low insertion loss, high isolation, and excellent optical stability, ensuring reliable multi-service transmission and future-ready scalability.
