OPB2-I, 1+1 Optical Protection Switch, with Built in 2 Protection Groups
D7000 series OPB2-I provides two independent 1+1 protection groups for optical signals and supports two threshold modes and two working modes. When the loss of the working fibre increases or the working fibre is blocked, the optical communication transmission system is automatically switched from the main line to the backup line in real time. The OPB2-I enhances the robustness of optical networks by offering real-time failover from a compromised main line to a pre-established backup line, ensuring uninterrupted data flow and network service continuity, which is essential for maintaining high-quality communications and safeguarding against costly downtime.
The D7000 series is a 200G/400G wavelength division transmission platform featuring large transmission capacity, small size, low power consumption, and easy O&M. It provides simplified and automated management through AmpCon-T, WebGUI, CLI and SNMP to enhance data security and operational efficiency, making it an ideal OTN solution for DCI, metro, regional and long-haul networks.
