FMT-BDSplitter, Optical Splitter for FMT Managed Chassis
Splitter needs to be used together with OLP to compose BIDI OLP. It is designed for maximum configuration flexibility, with pluggable modules that plug directly into the FMT managed chassis, each module occupying one slot. The working mode of BIDI is dual transmitting and selective receiving. Optical line protection is realised by way of bidirectional transmission over single optical fibre.
The module is mainly applicable to scenarios when there are limited amounts of optical fibre resources. In addition, it has a variety of optical layer boards and provides excellent optical performance and can be applied to DWDM single-fibre/optical cable monitoring systems, to meet the diverse needs of scenarios.
